The project is developed at a scale of 24 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, meeting the increasingly high demand for quality housing among urban residents.

In this project, Phap Duyen Design & Construction Co., Ltd. is honored to undertake the role of structural design consultant, directly participating in the research, analysis, and development of optimal structural solutions for the building.

Given its large scale, three basement levels, significant height, and stringent technical requirements, the structural design has been developed in accordance with applicable standards, ensuring:
